I thought sharing it might help anyone feeling the same way.
This audit isn't about aligning your tasks with your energy levels throughout the day, as many energy guides suggest. Instead, it's about identifying what genuinely gives you energy and what depletes it.
For me, energy comes from:

Hi, I'm Kyle! My journey has taken me from the United States Peace Corps in Moldova to teaching English in South Korea, and eventually into the thrilling world of startups. Over the past 14 years, I’ve honed my skills as a seasoned sales leader. Now, I live in Oregon with my three energetic boys, coaching their sports teams and keeping active.
What really gets me fired up is working with startup founders. There's nothing like helping technologists turn their innovative ideas into market-ready products. My mission is to guide them through the maze of testing product-market fit, transitioning from founder-led sales to seller-led sales, and scaling a revenue team.
